Hi!
Yesterday I did Disc 5 Back and Triceps from STS Meso1. I said I did disc 5 on Monday but that was disc 4 chest, shoulders, and bi's. This morning I did AOLIH, was nice to be able to do the step portion instead of modifying. Followed that with Stretch Max.
Hearty - 8" of snow... yuck!! We had flurries but it didn't accumulate to anything thankfully. DH is heading further north tomorrow night to get one last snowmobiling blast in. Those drop sets in GS are a killer. I think maybe twice I was able to do all of them on my toes.
