hi everyone

i was hoping for a little help from knowledgable folks. i have looked at this website a bit and think the wos look great. i am however, overwhelmed by the number of them and what they constitute. anyone done a few and can tell me which are good, and what they involve (ie cardio vs strength vs circuit)? also, i would love to come up with a rotation from this site, but alas, have not done enough wos to know what would be good. anyone able to help with that?

I haven't done any of them yet, but I've watched quite a few and to me they look to be mostly a combination of cardio and strength done using body weight. She is very inspiring!!!
 
Zuzana's workouts are trough! Her form is excellent...I'd buy her workouts if they were on DVD for sure
