K...this is the third time that I'm seconding all of Jillybean's ideas....
Angela
P.S. I had to come up with my own ideas for Butts n Gutts b/c Jillybean hasn't posted there yet....

I ditto the Bootcamp style workout

Cardio
Leg Conditioning Drill
Upper Body
Abs (Repeat for an evil combo until the whole workout has been done)

Yup another 90 mins coming at ya - just a different way to do it :) I would love a 90 mins Bootcamp style too - ) :p :p :p

Also...

Step combo #1
Circuit #1
Step Combo #2
Circuit #2
Step Combo #3
Circuit #3
Bonus Footage
Circuit #4
Abs/Stretch

I don't think you would need the upper body only premix bc we can just start the workout there and let it run.....just my two pennies

LOVE the premix idea listed in your blog!!!:):):):):)

PREMIX #2 - A Bootcamp 2 type premix would also be awesome

PREMIX #3 - All upper body weights and leg conditioning exercises (no cardio)

PREMIX #4 - A Cardio and Weights type workout

I agree that I don't think an upper body premix is necessary since we can just start the workout there.

Premix #2 - I would love a bootcamp style premix (65 to 70 minutes long)

Premix #3 Circuit with lots of cardio and blasts similar to Terminator's Gauntlet

Premix #4 Surprise me!

Somehow the bootcamp suggestion missed me before. I think that this is a great idea.

Great suggestions Catheites! My suggestion is adding weight only premixes like the ones in Supersets. I don't know how the upper body or leg conditioning is going to be, but if it's doable I suggest the following (either as add-ons or with warm-up and stretch included):

Upper body only (2 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment twice)
Upper body only (3 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment three times)
Leg conditioning (2 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment twice)
Leg conditioning (3 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment three times)
Total body (2 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment twice)
Total body (3 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment three times)

Thanks for asking our input. I'm going to post these same suggestions under the LIC thread. :)

Having a workout blender option similiar to the Timesaver Bodyblast DVD would be wonderful! That way we can choose up to 5 different exercises and make our own workouts.

I love your Bodymax premix from your blog!

Here are my suggestions for premixes:

Premix #1 all step without blasts(some days I want just step without intervals since sometimes I like to do lower intensity step the day after I do Imax 2:)

Premix #2 Supersets premix where you do 1 upper body followed by 1 lower body exercise. So while one muscle is working the other is resting.

Premix #3 Push Pull options for upper body.

Premix #4 Bootcamp 2 for sure!!! 1 cardio, 1 lower body, 1 upper body and keep going....!!!!

Premix #5 All lower body with the option of doing 2-3 sets. Kind of a leg killer day!haha!

Premix #6 Step circuit with upper body only

Premix #7 String all the exercises that use the ball for a quick stability ball express workout.

Did you know you filmed on my birthday?!!! I am so excited!

CATHE, I LOVE YOUR CARDIO BLAST PREMIX IN THE BLOG!

I second the ideas of a bootcamp 2 style premix and love the suggested premix on the blog. Thanks for asking!

oooh lovely ideas.

can i just add to the YES PLEASE for an upper body/core only premix? i can't do the high-impact cardio due to a knee injury but would still buy this DVD if it meant i'd have a brand spankin' new upper body workout :)

This sounds awesome as does a boot camp style. I am sure whatever you ladies do we wil all love.

Jillybean great suggestions, you rock.:D

I agree with others that a shorter option - total body workout - 30 - 45 min. would be great.

I love having that option for those days you just don't have even an hour.

I'd love to see an upper body only premix that is really thorough, perhaps 60 minutes long. The "upper body 2x" premix that was suggested by several people might just fit the bill.

Hi cathe>>>

for all pre-mixes I would LOVE premixes that range from 45-50 minutes so that I can get the whole workout done in under an hour..... I appreciate your hard work.

thanks
tracye

I would love a long all cardio workout (about 60 min)--I like Cathe's suggested "Cardio Blast"

I would also like to see a "leg conditioning" workout.

Thanks Cathe!
