Hi,
Today I did Push Pull. Some great new exercise to do. I really enjoyed it. Just as I was really getting into it it was over. A nice change of pace. Yesterday I did Super Sets and that was really good. With both of these tapes I love the stability ball. Tomorrow I hope to try Legs & Glutes. I previewed The Step and Kickboxing tape they look tough. The Abs on Kickboxing look like killers. I Like weights more than step. I walk 5 miles everyday but on days that it rains or snows I like to do step with my weights. I am so lucky to have discovered Cathe about 4 years ago . It has changed my life for the better. I hope you all enjoy your Body Blast Series. It was worth the wait.:p
