Body Blast Premixes

Can someone give me an example of the premixes on a Body Blast DVD? It sounds like they are kind of fancy but I'm not sure what that means my options are. I don't have a programmable player.

Scroll down to Cathe and click on the BC/ME link. This is a wonderful link at VF, but it hasn't been updated in awhile. That's why I have the BB series bookmarked the way that I do!
