Blizzard!!!!

We're having a blizzard--15" of snow, winds 35+ MPH, and did I mention snow? It's piled up in front of my door so deeply that we cannot open it!!

It's fun to be snowed in, but I have to work :(

Anybody else snowed in?
 
Hi there, I'm from Canton Ohio and yes we are snowed in too!

I got a snow day from work today:) I think we may be getting close to a foot of snow. I am so ready for spring to get here tho.

Plus we turn the clocks ahead tonight:)

I don't envy you!. Can you get out, and if you need to, can you get help if you can't get out? I'm so grateful that I live in an area that has mild weather.

Please stay warm, I can't imagine weather like that.

Same here in Ohio! It just keeps coming down! I took pix this morning of the drift outside our door! I am sooo ready for spring!

Hey Janie!

I can get out if I have to, I have a 4wheel drive truck. I was getting ready to go shovel the drive way (nice work out!) but my neighbor came over with the snow blower. I said have at it:) because that snow was HEAVY shoveling. Our drive way is about 15foot wide and about 40 long. So all I will do is the patio and not sure which Cathe workout:)

Sorry y'all are getting so much snow. Maybe having a Blizzard from DQ would make ya feel better. ;)

Just went back and read that thread, and hubby and I will be in Seminole Fl.:7 BUT how bout me doin the marathon on the beach and thinkin of you guys on the hot pavement:p Seriously tho, sounds like alot of fun and great company:) Maybe we could figure out in the near future a get together, that would be cool.

I'm snowed in too. We're suppose to get up to 20 inches.

Now why can't this happen on a weekday? That way I wouldn't have to go to work, for at least a couple days. :)

Snowed in here in Ohio too! Our SMALLEST snow drift was 22 inches and that was hours ago and it's still snowing! I gave up on shovelling since I"m not leaving the house anyways!

It is fun!!! If you don't have to go out of course...I am in NE ohio and we are snowed in. All my personal training clients cancelled for the weekend. I get a weekend off! Woo hoo!

I feel for you all. The Twin Cities of Minnesota, for at least the third year in a row, has been like God put a glass dome over it wherein our snowfalls have been less than average. In fact, there are many places where there are bald grass patches. We're catching it on the other end, however, with below-normal temperatures, and everyone is getting really, REALLY crabby about it.

We have quite a bit of snow...not a blizzard, but enough to consider the area state of emergency. We have about a foot of snow. We are in southern Indiana.

I want spring weather. My son has had sooooo many snow/ice days this year. I am starting to think he will be going to school until June!

Glad I'm not alone!! I am ready for spring too. To make it worse, my DB is vacationing in Florida this week--he called this morning right after his run on the beach!! Pretty evil to rub that in my face!!

Unfortunately, this weather is so UN-springy, that I have abandoned my healthy eating this weekend! I've managed to finish off some Doritos AND I hit the Girl Scout cookies! Then, tried to do Drill Max to assauge my guilt--all I got was one vicious tummy ache and some nausea!! Oh well...it can't last forever. Time for work anyway. You all stay snuggled in and warm!!

That is too funny....I'm eating Baked Cheetos (not the "baked" part makes them any better!) I love snow so other than not being able to leave the house, I dont mind it. Spring and Summer are my least favorite seasons.

I'm snowed in as well. (NW Ohio) It finally stopped snowing and the drifts are HUGE!!! It's very pretty, though. So if it hasn't stopped for you NE Ohioans yet, it will soon. :0)

Minnesotian here, not much snow here this year. Very cold though. I drive far to work, so I'd rather have cold than snow. My folks live in WI and have been dumped on this year. Gotta love "El Nino".
