I Have heard of these bands and Blood Flow Restriction Training twice today. Has anyone tried these whilst training? I listened to this podcast and learned you don't need to lift crazy heavy but maybe 20% your One Rep Max, just lots of reps. I am very interested in trying these but wanted to get some feedback from anyone who may have tried them out.
