BFL Cardio & Cathe Videos?

Cathe - Hi there. Wondering if you have any advice on how to incorporate your videos with the BFL cardio training? I am soooo confused by how to do this.

Also, do you have any opinions on the BFL approach to only doing 20 minutes???

Any help you can provide will be soooo much appreciated.

p.s. I absolutely STILL love all of your videos!!! I think I have almost all of them. ImAX2 is my absolute favorite! I really hope you come out with another one like it.

BFL requires 20 minutes in your target heart range, so you really need to be doing at least 30 minutes of cardio. CTX is a great answer to that little situation. You can also break up IMax2 by doing the first 5 intervals & with a warm up & cool down & then doing the second 5 intervals on another day the same way.
