Back and 35 lbs lighter. Low carb/IF

I just rejoined Cathe because I got bored with my Zumba. When I looked at my weight back then, I was so happy! I've been low carb for 3 years. Started at 196 and was 130...now..after winter..140. Calorie counting doesn't work..trust me! Eat veggies, meats, and good fats. Carbs increase insulin which tells your body to store fat. Low insulin releases it and is healthier.

I agree!! I fast two days a week, and stay away from grains, and some starchy vegetables. Nice work, great weight loss!
