Looks like a great one!! Starting on Monday and incorporating live too.
This past Saturday finished Xtrain & FitSplit rotation =) It was a great two months see improvements on strength,legs and arms look better :)
 
Quick question, on 4th week on Wednesday it’s listed Lower Body Blast (LIS), was that supposed to Lower Body Challenge? Or Lower Body Triset? I only asked because there is no LBB from LIS.
