Article on pull-ups/chin-ups

Thanks for the article!

I am finally able to do unassisted pull ups and chin ups for the first time in my life! There was no way I was going to get there at home. I trained several different ways, but I did it at the gym. This machine (assisted dip/chin/pull up machine) is the thing that helped me the most.

You start with a heavier weight, because you are being "assisted" in your pull up with that weight. For instance if you start with 40 lbs, that's 40 lbs of body weight that you are NOT pulling up. As you get stronger, you lower your weight. Finally you are doing the pull ups or chin ups with no weight, which means you are pulling your entire body weight.
