Attention Cathe Live subscribers: April 12, 2018 at 9:15 am EST we will be doing “Booty Max” LIVE. An intense solid leg workout that delivers results in rounds. Four rounds (three exercises per round) with each round repeated twice.

Equipment Needed:

A high step platform with three risers underneath

A barbell with a small, medium and large plate on each side (we start with a big and small plate on each side for squats)

A set of 10, 12 and 15 pound dumbbells
 
Thank you Cathe. This was an outstanding workout!! I've always said "I need my cardio" and this had an excellent cardio effect to it. My lower body was humming long after the workout. Even my upper body was feeling it a little from holding the weights. Very, very nice indeed! I absolutely loved it.
