Anyone successfully blending KBs and STS?

Maybe this belongs in Open Discussion, but I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to incorporate kettlebells into an STS rotation? Any specific DVDs that you're using?

I used a 10-15# kettlebell to workout once a week while doing STS Meso 1 and 2.

My week was divided like this:

Sun-rest day
Mon-STS
Tues- cardio
Wed-STS (no dead lifts for back)
Thur-STS
Fri-cardio
Sat-cardio 1/2 hour and kettlebells

I used Lauren Brooks and The Empire State (the Kettlebell way)DVDs.

While doing STS Meso 3 I was not able to do a kettlebell workout.

I did kettlebells throughout STS. I did it on the off days, and considered it metabolic energy system work. Worked great!
 
I love incorporating Kettlebell training with STS too, but found it brutal (PAINFUL) to do an intense KB workout after working legs really hard (STS Meso 1). So I did something else on those days; elliptical work, interval training on a stationary bike, or kickboxing. I found that it became easier with the different training focus in Meso 2 to follow the leg workouts with KBs (next day of course).

My STS training is currently on an unplanned break. Lupus and MS flare-up. I'll back track a bit and restart Meso 2 when I've recovered. Can't wait. :)
