Any computer savvy people hanging around?

I'm having trouble changing my avatar, I can upload a new profile pic just fine but when I try to upload a pic taken with my webcam for my avatar it says it's not a valid file ??? Not sure what to do....Thx in advance for the help!

Make sure you're doing this by Clicking on the "Edit Avatar" link. Also, the maximum size of your Avatar can only be 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
