I figured I'd better tackle ASC 2 before getting a new one. I'm still trying to learn step. And with Rumble I have NO room for something like that? I workout in my room. oh well. I'm awaiting her kettlebell workout and dynamic workouts this fall.

i pre ordered rumble for sure and i am pretty confident that i will get her new 10 min. solution hot body boot camp as well. i enjoyed her other 10 min. solution for add ons, light days and travel.

she also said she did film another 10 min. solution that will come with two figure eight tubes. i am sure i will jump on that one too but she was not sure of the release on that. i believe it was titled tone and sculpt.

i have a REALLY hard time with her step workouts so i did not order ASC3 but godspeed to those who did LOL. i tried advanced step challenge and just gave up. i figure cathe and christi taylor give me the great step workouts and amy does well for hi-lo and cardio kickboxing. also love her strength workouts b/c they are just different. i just really love amy if you can't tell LOL.

I love Amy Bento. She has awesome workouts, offers great presales, and puts a free CD with the presale orders. So you get a lot from her when you preorder. Her workouts are kickbutt, fun, energizing (like that little throw in there NRG) and the music is great also. Plus, she seems super sweet and is really there for her fans/customers.

I'm also a big Amy fan. Her workouts are great! She' such a creative instructor--I love her choreography and her weight work. Her Hot Body Boot Camp does look good. I usually don't go for the 10 minute workouts, but I love Amy so I'll probably get that one too. It's an addiction, I tell ya!

From now on, I'm going to be more decisive. Possibly.

I agree, she is very professional in the way she runs her business and gets long clips up in a timely manner. ASC3 includes two seperately chaptered ab routines(one uses a kettlebell and one uses reistance tubing and they are nice long routines, one is 14:30 and one is 16:30). I'm exctied about Rumble too. Of course I preordered both and anxiously await the official announcement of her fall line up with sounds fab. Jen at advanced workouts has some info. on her website about Amy's fall line up. I can't wait hear which type of weight routine Amy will be filming. Amy give you a lot for your money and I usually try to take advantage of the first presale day.

I agree that I love her kickboxing and hi-low cardios. they are a blast. Shes super nice too on her forum. She always answers your questions quickly. I wish she'd make a kickbox extreme 2. ;)

She posted that she's planning to do a step kickbox workout in 2009. That should tide me over until she makes KBX2.

I love everything that Amy has produced, and she is the best out there in terms of choreography, customer service, and professionalism. She is extremely hands on in all of her processes, answers her own email promptly and is just plain nice!

In this case I say Nice gals DO finish first!

SEEN them? I pre-ordered of course! I love Amy--she's fresh, creative & intense. I'm totally psyched for these new DVDs!

Now, where to get an inexpensive heavy bag........;-)

laura i have seen the everlast standing bags at kmart for $118. play it again sports only had the hanging ones but the 100lb one was $90 and the 50lb one was $50. way better deal then dick's sporting goods. i haven't seen any at our wal-marts or targets so hopefully your stores are better up there(i sometimes miss NJ,they have prime shopping!!! Thanks Kassia! I definitely want the standing bag. My dad works at a Play it Again Sports & they're keeping their eye out for me. If one comes in my name goes right on it! ;-)

I think I'm gonna check Craig's List too. It seems like one of those things that'll gather dust in someone's basement until they're ready to sell it to someone who'll really use it. :p

I found the bag here in Idaho at Wal-Mart on sale for just 85 dollars. I didn't know if that was a good price or not, but sounds like it is! I want to buy it but I just don't have very much space in my place and don't really have much extra money to spend on things that aren't necessary for living.

Does anybody know if Cathe may be using the bag in her MMA series? I know she will be using boxing gloves, so I just wondered. If I knew more DVDs were coming out utilizing the bag, it may really be worth buying it.... And it looks like so much fun in Amy's Kickboxing Extreme bonus section - I hope Amy makes some more bag workouts after Rumble too.
