I've recently recovered from major back surjery and have been working out regularly for the last 1 1/2 year. I belong to a gym as well, but mainly rely on workout tapes at home. Until now, I have not used your tapes, but just purchased a series of them--They've arrived and are wonderful (Step Interval; Step max; Step jam; Circuit max and Interval max) however, I feel as though I am in over my head--I love to step, but feel as though I missed a step in my progression. Are there other tapes, maybe a bit less advanced that I could use now, and work up to these advanced ones? Others to round out my workouts? Many thanks. Ida Singelenberg
