? about pre-orders

I placed my pre-order before the deadline and when I went to check today when it was going to be shipped -- my account didn't have this purchase on record!! Isn't it supposed to be in there? I was also verifying the cc acct because we've switched since placing the order. I don't remember if it was already billed or will it be billed when it is shipped. Please direct me to where I need to verify this info.

Please see thread http://69.0.137.118/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=2&topic_id=67453&mesg_id=67453&page=2 for answers to as why the purchase isn't showing up in your account. As far as billing, the pre-order should have been billed upon placement of your order.
