Hey ladies, getting us started for the week, hope everyone had a nice weekend. Went out to dinner Friday night with DH (DS was at an AP Camp), had a nice dinner and probably blew my diet a bit.
Sat I did CTX UB, and Sun I did Chalean Fat Burn Challenge workout--it was very similar to one of Cathe's HIITs. Today, monday, I ran for almost an hour 5 miles and I plan to go home and do Chalean Push circuit (DH is out of town and DS is working so since I have NO reason to work more than 7 hours today I thought I'd throw in another workout).
I found a fun zip-line course in southern Colorado that I think DH and I will do in Sept once both boys are set in college. It's a bit much money, but heck, have fun while we can, right? I'll have to dig up the URL when I get home and post it for you all to see, it looks fun.
