4-Day Split weight work

This week I re-visited the 4DS series. It's billed as using heavy weights (a relative term), and noted Cathe & crew did use heavier weights than usual for many exercises. The tempo was slower than usual too, & rep count & sets were less too. Seems like each body part for UB came in around 15 minutes. Thinking maybe the body parts of STS2.0 may be similar...??

Anyone ever do a month-long rotation of 4DS weight work? Results?
 
Bumping your question but also wanted to mention how I love how this set uses premixes across different DVDs within the set.

I agree. The UB work can easily be made into a 2-day split with a LB premix for legs. Have to add a warm-up/cooldown if not doing a cardio, but it's easy to do. When it first came out, I mostly did it for the cardio & would mix & match those workouts too.
