3x a week full body workouts?

I have been experimenting with my workouts as well as asking questions on the forum about the best rotation for reshaping and losing weight. I just happened to come across this thread.

Sounds like it is a success?!?!?! I am in need of losing about 50 lbs, and looking for the perfect workout rotation to use with my proper nutrition/diet.
 
Yes yes I want to do this too! The discs I have are Drill max, bootcamp, Kick Max, KPC, Muscle Max, Muscle end. I need a rotation but I dont want to workout 2 hrs @ a time either. The tricky part about this is to not overtrain and get burned out. Our legs have to recover. Did you like insanity?
