How often can or should the 100 rep challenges be done
I've been doing 2-3 different ones per week, inaddition to the other weight training. So I end up doing them about everyother week. Some maybe once a week.
Cathe say that you can do the 100 rep challenges on the same day that you work that corresponding muscle but never the day after. So you can do the bicep 100 rep challenge on Bi's and Tri's day...but not the next as you should not work that muscle two consecutive days as it needs a day to rest and recover.
