10 days to vacation!

Woo Hoo! Hitting the beach in 10 days:) Although not at my ideal weight, I wanted to know what you all do with a week before vacation to really make your muscles pop. I'm really cleaning up my eating this week and drinking tons of water. I plan on working out every day except Sunday(my DS's b-day party) combining weights and cardio each of those other days. Any recommendations? All info much appreciated:)

Try this workout the day before you leave. I don't know if I actually dropped 10 pounds but the day after I did this, I felt 10 pounds lighter.

Each kettlelbell movement will be followed by your choice of either 100 revolutions of weighted jump rope(JR), 250 meters on the rower, or 50 (3 count) jumping jacks(JJ).

Storm through this bad boy once for time!

Kettlebell lunges 10/10
Row 250/JR/JJ
Push ups 20
Row 250/JR/JJ
Swings 20
Row 250/JR/JJ
Kettlebell upright row 20
Row 250/JR/JJ
Kettlebell cleans 20
Row 250/JR/JJ
Sit ups 20
Row 250/JR/JJ
Squats with kettlebell 20
Row 250/JR/JJ
Burpees 20

I did the jump rope and inserted exercises with a kettlebell. If you don't have a kettlebell you can insert whatever exercise you want.

Have fun on vacation. I go to the beach next month and I'm going to do this workout before I leave and when I get back!
