Try this workout the day before you leave. I don't know if I actually dropped 10 pounds but the day after I did this, I felt 10 pounds lighter.
Each kettlelbell movement will be followed by your choice of either 100 revolutions of weighted jump rope(JR), 250 meters on the rower, or 50 (3 count) jumping jacks(JJ).
Storm through this bad boy once for time!

I did the jump rope and inserted exercises with a kettlebell. If you don't have a kettlebell you can insert whatever exercise you want.
