    Gilad on FitTV

    Just a heads up to you guys who like Gilad and have FitTV: He's on from 9am - 2 pm (i think) today with a new show "Total Sculpt with Gilad". The exercises look good, he's even using heavier weights, it seems. Anyways, I'm mostly watching cause he looks sooo good!
