    One Legged Squats in Supersets

    I did this workout earlier this week. I was having that problem til I moved my front (working) foot forward more so that when I lowered my body, my knee stayed behind that front toe. I did have to lean forward just a hair, though. After that, that front quad 'was on fire'. HTH

    eating before working out

    Sometimes I have a small V8 juice. It really helps me get my eyes open. I feel like Rocky in the first movie when he woke up, cracked open about 4 eggs in a glass and drank them all. Then he went out for a run. It was about 4 AM. :9

    Power Hour revisited

    You've had some good advice so far. Yes, workout. Pick something you like and that's fun for you. Go light, and be extra good to yourself. This time won't last long, so be patient.
