    MIS... kills me every time!

    I can do PH, ME, BM, LL, PUB... any of them basically, but whenever I do MIS I can totally feel it the next day all over! I just love that tape. Maybe it is because I know the reps aren't quite as long and I go heavier - who knows. But, if you don't have it - GET IT!

    Popping in elbow
