    Trying something new

    My experience I build in the legs fast and find that light weights with high reps keeps them from bulking up. I wish my upper body would bulk a little bit. Anyway, I think you should keep in lower body workouts with low weight high reps..

    How did you get where you are?

    Hi Susan Just wondered where in Indiana you live? I grew up in Portage In, up by Lake Michigan. Hang in there with Cathe's tapes. Strength training is always the least favorite thing for me to do, but Cathe makes it fun.
