I agree, also, since the cardios are only about 30 min, I am not pacing myself that often as I would do for a longer workout. I can really jump in and give it all I got knowing that it won't be too long before a rest. I like that the moves aren't broken down so, Cathe, throw it at me, too...

Hey Tracy, My father is from Winthrop and my relatives used to all live there on Cutler street. My cousins and I used to walk to the "crest" all the time. I must admit, the Cape beaches are nicer (warmer too). That was all about 40 years ago......memories. Donna
