    Gym Style Hi, given a choice I'd use the Gym Style series mainly because you wouldn't have to move around too much which would be a pain in a crowded gym. Butts and Guts is an excellent workout but there is a fair amount of floor space needed for the 'walking lunges' etc. Hope that helps!
