    Just a question. How do you know how many calories you are burning in any particular workout. For instance I would love to know how many you burn in Boot camp or Imax 2. Any thoughts Angela :)

    IMAX 2 -- plie squats

    Weight workouts

    Cathe, Is is normal to gain weight when you are working out with weights more than cardio. I realize weights are still cardio, but the more I lift I gain a couple of pounds. I guess I should rotate more with cardio and weights? Suggestions please Thanks Angela
