Weight Training/Stretching for Runners

Hey Cathe!

Let me start off by saying thank you for all you do!

I have really become involved with running and run 4 times a week. With that said, I know that there are different weight lifting and stretching exercises that are highly recommended for runners. If possible, would you be able to use your expertise and develop a amazing program/DVD. I typically only have an hour in the morning to exercise and I do much better and stay more motivated with you guiding me than any other instructor.

I hope I'm not the only one out there that would greatly appreciate this type of exercise program.
