Belinda: Awesome job on disc 4! :)

Sherry: Great job on Disc 3! I have been avoiding it..every excuse in the book! LOL! Yes, I am a chicken! I hate leg workouts.

Today was a very busy prep day for work. No workout. I did however get in a 2.5 mile walk outside. Weather was beautiful!

Yesterday was a trail hike.

Back to STS tomorrow! Disc 4! Then another busy work day due to the holiday catch up.

Hi all!

Dog walk, 2 mile easy run and stretch all done. Legs feeling pretty good considering I did D3 yesterday, the 2nd time last week.

Food back on track today:
1: Berry banana protein smoothie
2: cottage cheese and yogurt
3: salad and veggie burger
4: pork tenderloin and brussel sprouts
5: chicken and asparagus

Belinda - Nice work on D4. Glad you enjoyed the day with your kids/

Heidi - Nice walk today. Yes, the weather was beautiful here, too. We'll do D4 together tomorrow.

Allee - waving hi! What did you do today?

I post this very long post this morning. Don't know what happen to it.
so here is a shorter version. lol

This past weekend was a blast. I was out celebrating my friend 18 years anniversary. I ate way tooo much.
Well the gym will be seeing me all this week.

Today: Bodyrock Beginner day 2 plus 1 mile walk.

Hi all!

Thank you for the birthday wishes! Started off the day with a very decadent cake. I did do D4 (will be feeling that tomorrow for sure), but that definitely didn't offset the calorie intake. However, the Cardinals didn't quite pull off the win as a bonus birthday present. :(

Heidi - at least today was an UB day, right?

Belinda - Did you do enough cardio for me, too?

Allee - Glad you enjoyed the weekend. Now you have motivation to keep going.

Veggie Quiche with greens and avocado.

Yep, it's a cardio day here - 3 mile run plus dog walk. Getting dark earlier, so only dog walk before the run today (she doesn't like long walks in the dark, only near the house, silly girl). Eating way back on track today.

3: leftover steak and cauliflower
4: salad and veggie burger
5: chicken and salad

Heidi - Yay, you even did the conditioning exercises - those can feel like killers.

Allee - how'd AB go?

Belinda - great job on D5! And the abs!

I have to start writing down my meal plan.

Yesterday was a very stressful day and i could not find any one to confide in.
so here i am..... you ladies are the best.

ok i need to get moving...maybe a light yoga or stretch.

Major DOMS tonight after yesterday's leg workout and today's running up and down 2 flights of stairs with very heavy boxes at work.

Yesterday I also added a trail hike with my DH after work. PHEW!

So I am calling it a rest day.

Tomorrow's plan: STS Disc 5 for Back and Triceps.

Eating plan is on track:
B: Veggie quiche
L: Green Smoothie
D: Eggplant and chicken w/veggies

Belinda: How was your day and walk? Did you do another workout or is it a rest day?

Sherry: What's on tap for you today? :)

Hi all!

D6 today - and I will be feeling it tomorrow I'm sure! Good thing I took the dog for a walk before. Once again questioning the intelligence of working out in the basement for lbwo - feeling every step coming back up to the main floor.

Eating on track until dinner (my typical meals throughout the day) - DH wanted to make it easy, so he made pizza. That's ok, just didn't eat a lot.

Allee - AB is a sneaky one that gets you good! LOL!

Belinda - Nice job on your walk, but should we be concerned if it was only a walk?

Heidi - Yeah, I think your legs do need a rest day!

Seriously, I'm tired, so calling it an early one tonight. Hope you had a good one!

I will do D9 and a stretch today. My shoulders are tight?

Heidi - I call that a heavy leg workout carrying boxes up the stairs :p How did D5 go?
