Cardio & Weights in a boot cast

i have torn 2 ligaments and am in a boot for 3 weeks. It's driving me crazy to not get in cardio.
I was thinking I could do Boxing moves in a chair and look up some chair cardio videos

I guess I should focus on upper body right now and some leg floor work and abs

Could someone help me with a sort of rotation with this? I have all of cathe DVDs.

Look on craigslist to see if someone's selling a heavy bag in your area and do the boxing DVDs with that? I think your idea of doing boxing is good, whether with a bag, 1-lb hand weights, or weighted gloves.
