    Yipee! Getting $$$$$$$$$

    My vote is definitely for Cross Train Express. Over a weeks time this is a awesome workout. I am in the middle of a five week rotation with it now and it is great.

    Where can I buy a 4ft. bar?

    I am 5 feet 4 inches and have a five foot barbell. I was a little worried about the length at first but it has worked out fine. I had wanted a four foot barbell but could not find one. I am happy with the five foot one and have no regrets.

    DVD's & Tapes. How do you..?

    I have the VCR plugged to the back of my TV and when I want to use it I go to channel 3. The DVD is plugged to jacks in the front. When I want to use it I go to the AV channel. They are completely separate and and switching between the two is an nonissue for me.
