MMA? All I see featured are the step cardio workouts and the travel one...where is this infamous MMA workout? I can't stand step aerobics...so I am dying for alternatives here! lol

Hi Workout Beasts, so I tried paper plates on my carpet and failed miserably...used 2 frisbees and it worked!!! I guess when there's a will, there's a way!!:D Also you can find "gliding discs" online for $20...too bad the Cathe store doesn't carry them. Oh BTW, that ab clip is just insane but...
