I have coffee with a lot of 1% milk in it and my dietician said that helps with the workout since I don't have time to eat before I exercise either.

I have the exact problem you have except it is my left wrist. I have started going to physio and during burpees, planks or pushups use either dumbbells or pushup handlebars so that the weight is not directly over my wrist. Hope this helps.

I am in the Toronto area as well and would LOVE it if my Cathe came!! How surreal would that be to be doing a Cathe workout and look up to see that she was right there in person and not on your tv?! I would probably fall off my step.

I'm on Meso 3 and I can't remember whether you are supposed to take a recovery week after you are done before you begin a new rotation? Any ideas?

Thanks so much for all your input!! I wasn't going to give up on STS.... but maybe when I'm done I'll focus on endurance rotations for the a good 2 to 3 months.
