    I have coffee with a lot of 1% milk in it and my dietician said that helps with the workout since I don't have time to eat before I exercise either. Lisa

    I have the exact problem you have except it is my left wrist. I have started going to physio and during burpees, planks or pushups use either dumbbells or pushup handlebars so that the weight is not directly over my wrist. Hope this helps. Lisa

    I also had trouble getting my heart rate up with AOLIH but I used 3 risers on my step instead of 2 and that really helped! Lisa

    I am in the Toronto area as well and would LOVE it if my Cathe came!! How surreal would that be to be doing a Cathe workout and look up to see that she was right there in person and not on your tv?! I would probably fall off my step.
