    Try some plank work on your own.... I'm always amazed at what plank work does for my core especially if I slack and my core goes weak.

    kettlebell workout

    I would love to see a cathe kettlebell workout. Perhaps one which is straight kettlebell training, and one circuit kettlebell, with cardio drills alternated with kettlebell work. I have a kettlebell that I barely use and know I'd pull it out more if it meant exercising with cathe!
