If you have bad knees (like me), then I would say go for the Hardcores - I found with all of the plyo work in P90x that my knees just got worse. Also, I found P90x very "masculine" and it really concentrated on upper body work - not enough lower body work for me. Just my humble opinion...

Actually it was me who said that London was expensive and crime-ridden! I've spent a lot of time there and certainly wouldn't want to live there permanently! But having said that, it is so cosmopolitan and people do seem as though they can just be themselves there. Josie
