    Hi! You know what? I have the same problem. I feel the upper body portion is just a bit too fast. What I am currently doing if I want to do the workout is do a upper body premix from another workout but it would be nice to just stick to the same workout. Thanks for listening. Peace, Ann

    Hi! Just a Friday type of question. I was wondering what interval in IMax 3 you think is the most difficult? I would rank them 5,4,3,10 and then the rest I think are comparable to each other. I like interval 7 the most. Anyone? Peace, Ann :-)
