My Achievements With STS

October 2010-Finally decide to commit to do STS. My lifting for Meso 1 is only 3lb dumbbells and 10 lb bodybar cushioned.
December 2010-Meso 2. Up to lifting 6-8 lbs dumbbells and 10lbs on a barbell.
February 2011-Meso 3. My latest and greatest. 30 lb barbell, 10 lb dumbbelss. With squat rack, I squated 54 lbs with the 20 lb weighted vest, 30 lb barbells and two pound weighted gloves.
Consistent total weight loss is 12 lbs. with the Holidays and winter storms.
 
thanks. I've gotten a few looks when I told my co-workers/clients I could squat that much....feels good though.
 
Tonight, Feb. 2011. Meso 3, Week 3, Chest and Back. Increased weight load by 4 pounds by using the gloves. Love the Gloves!!
 
Great JT! Can I ask what kind/brand of weighted gloves you have? I'm going to start STS in about a month (I'm so nervous) and I'm in the process of collecting all the equipment. I've been looking at different brands of weighted gloves . . . I know it really shouldn't be THAT hard of a decision but I just can't decide! :)
