TTC/MC Support Week of 4/12-4/18

Sweetpea1

Cathlete
Just starting us off on a new week!

Melanie- I tested positive at 13 DPO with my ectopic. I had no indication it was ectopic except that at 18 DPO I started spotting pink, then turned red and then turned brown. That was over a course of 5 or 6 days. But I never had any pain until about two weeks after my positive when the doctor already told me it was a threatened miscarriage. My fingers are crossed for you that it is NOT ectopic and maybe your cycle is just off this month. Or that it is implantation bleeding.

Susan- It's kind of strange about the bloat. I kinda feel back to normal except some extra "flab" around the middle because I haven't been working out that much. I can feel a hard spot on the left side of my uterus. DH tells me to stop pushing on the baby. :) I still feel queasy off and on but I will be thrilled when I get back to regular workouts. I started eating cottage cheese and grapes again which thrills me! I'm trying to wean off of the carbs! Way to go on only two jelly beans and the workouts!

Priscilla- I think if you don't feel comfortable with your doctor then you should switch. The advice was given to me that this is someone you are entrusting your little one's life with so you should like them and feel comfortable with them. I'm sorry you are having to "dr shop" right now and I hope you find one that you like soon. Good luck on your workouts!

Hi Mel2, Bethany, Autumn and Wendy!

Jen

Hi Jen-glad your fav foods are becoming appealing again. I was thrilled when I could eat oatmeal again! Did you workout today? I decided on the orinal Get Ripped. Its not my fav..rather boring!! Im looking forward to the new Ripped...hopes its a tough one.
Melanie-how are things going for you?
Pricalla-still feeling good?
Wendy-you around?
Hi Reena, Atumn, Bethany!

Just some more chocolate brown scanty discharge, not even enough for a pantiliner....just shows up when I wipe.

For now, I"m going to blow it off as a sign that I am now a true athlete....in training. lol

I'll keep ya'll updated, but with 3 negative pg tests, I doubt it's a pg---ectopic or otherwise. I'm super sore all the time from training, I"m probably working harder than I realize. ;)

Have a great week, ladies!

Hi Ladies,

Just popping in for a quick hey.... :) wishing everyone a fantastic week all around.

For me, one Easter down and one to go (this one I have to cook for...ugh :)

Will pop in again tomorrow for individual updates, but in the meantime, if you are around and have some time feel free to let me know if ya have any new news or just to say hey back!

Susan- No I didn't get a workout in because the m/s has decided to switch to the afternoon. I also had some errands to run after work and I was just too pooped! I will be satsified if I can at least shoot for three workouts right now and hopefully in the second trimester I will be back to 5-6 a week. We'll see....

Melanie- That's what I used to do was focus on my training and working out when my body was confusing me. It helped to keep my mind off of things and realize it is all out of my control. I hope you figure out what is going on soon.

Hi to Reena and everyone else! BBL!

Morning!
AFter I take dd to school Im planning on Lowmax...or maybe Imax3. I have lots of errands to run today and Im so glad the sun is finally out!
Jen-sorry about the m/s. Hang in there!
Melanie-you are right..keep up the great training!
Wedny-how are you feeling??
HI to Reena, Bethany, Atumn, Pricialla, Mel2

Hey there! I hope you all had a good Easter : ) We did, just super busy. Of course, no help for the diet, oh well.

Mel - I feel for you, I agree w/the others, maybe just your cycle is off and lighter from the training.

Hello to all the preggers! I am enjoying reading your posts. It makes me smile and hopefull. Priscilla, I would certainly try to find a doc who you like. I think it will make everything smoother overall.

Bethany, hopefully the b/c bloat will improve. I know I am super sensitive @ my wt, since I've gained 5lbs since winter.

Hi Reena, are u getting close to time for TTC? Or, are you just going to see what happens?
Have a good week all : ) !!!!

Well, my pg test is now positive. But I still have brown discharge, just like the beginning of my m/c last time. I"m expecting a miscarriage at this point. I'll make appt in AM, but I'm not even 5 weeks along...so they'll probably only draw a HCG level. :(

Melanie - A cautious congratulations to you! I'm sending positive vibes and a prayer your way that everything is okay despite the spotting. Hang in there!!

Lisa

Hi everyone. Sorry I'm just not getting online like I used to - I go in spurts. I thought I was feeling better but I was vomiting again this morning. I'm 12 1/2 weeks so I hope this will end soon. My DD came in the bathroom this morning when I was vomiting and she started gagging and then she said, "Mommy, I'm giggling". I had to explain to her that she was gagging, not giggling.

Melanie - Wishing you the best.

Jen-Sorry about the morning sickness. It is all about listening to your body isn't it? Somedays you have it and other days your energy is completely depleted.

Priscilla - Good luck finding a Dr.-not easy.

Susan - Imax 3 - you go girl!!!

Hi Reena, Bethany, Autumn, Mel2

Keep us posted Melanie.
Jen-are you feeling perky today?
Wendy-lol at your dd. Sorry about the m/s. I am 14 weeks today and for the most part my m/s is gone. I do feel queasy if I get too hungry though.
As of this morning I have put on 2.8 pounds.
I ended up doing Step Blast yesterday and walked 5 miles today. What is most annoying about working out is I have to pee like 10 times during! Tomorrow will be weights.
Doing lots of chores today. Sun is out again..yayyy.
Hi to everyone!

Just a quick note. We have confirmed miscarriage. Cervix was open, no sack was found via u/s and trnasvaginal ultrasound. I shouldn't have much pain or bleeding at this point,...I've already expelled remains through my light bleeding.

I"m not sure at this point if we'll continue to try. I have appt with specialist in June.

I cried, but I think I"ll be okay. I would have been 4.5 weeks along...good time to miscarry if I was going to happen. Thanks for your prayers.
