Default Two New Incinerators Coming Soon
Hi Everyone! In case you didn't hear the news yet, we are filming two NEW workouts, CROSS FIRE and TO THE MAX, very soon and hope to have them available late spring/early summer. So who has these two new incinerators on their wish list?

You know ... just the other day I was wondering to myself, "I wonder when Cathe will come out with some new workouts?"

Well, I can stop wondering -- thanks Cathe for reading my mind and thinking about me!

I was already going to purchase the STS ab circuits DVD and now I'm going to add the two pre-sale DVDs. Yippy-skippy!!!
