my first rotation..hopefully

I am such a sporatic exerciser. I have alot of cathes dvd's and always try to pump myself up. Something always gets in the way and next thing I know, it's been a week and worked out only once.
This time it will be different, it has to be different. I feel great after a workout. I just wrote down cathe's sept. rotation and I am dedicated to completing this rotation(I had to make a few modifications)
Anyway, wish me luck!

Good luck with that rotation! I don't know whether this might work for you, but diet is soooo important for my motivation! If I don't eat well even for one day (say, simple carbs or not enought water, etc.) I fall out of my physical routine. Once I realized this, I have found time for every workout I've scheduled. Because when you eat good, you feel good.
And working out first thing in the morning helps a lot!
