Knee issues

I was wondering from others that had Arthroscopic surgery how long it took you to get back to fully workingout? I tried to step with SJP and I got through the warm up and my knee was already killing me and had to stop. I ride my bike regularly and going to start to walk again but I am itching to get back with stepping and weights. It has now been over a month since I did that to my knee. I know that is a silly question but I am overly anxous.

I have not had that surgery (or any surgeries on my knees), but I did something to my ankle last weekend and I know what you mean about being anxious to get back at it. Being injured stinks, doesn't it? Misery loves company...hang in there and I will try to do the same.

My sister had that surgery last year and was exercising in about a month. She's doing great now!
