Cycle Max without Spin Bike???

Hi, I was wondering if anyone without a spin bike has attempted Cycle Max. I purchased the delux preorder, which came with Cycle Max. I have a deluxe stationary bike and hate to purchase still another piece of equipment. Has anyone tried using this DVD with just a regular bike? What was it like?? Thanks.

Hi-Hi!! Can you stand? If so, I don't see why not...as long as you can change the tension and stand, it will work. If you can't stand, I think you could easily modify and do another chalenge in it's place. Just an idea. Sorry...I am not familar with the bike itself.

Hi back. I can stand on my bike and it does have tension control. I have done the "Sweating Buckets" DVDs on it. Ok, I'm going to try Cycle Max. There was so much info about really needing a spin bike that I hadn't even bothered trying Cycle Max. You've encouraged me. Thanks.
