Good news, hubby has decided to join me so we can exercise together and lose weight together, thank goodness I was dreading having to do this on my own, now need to decide what program to use, any ideas from you guys on something you or a friend have tried personally?
Getting into fitness with a buddy has improved how I feel about exercise and getting started, would recommend it. |

I have really enjoyed doing the couch to 5k program. Its been a lot of fun, I have been listening to the Two Gomers Run a Marathon the sub five strive, and they often talk about going on a 'romance run' with their wives as being very satisfactory.

I def thing STS is the BEST! I could never get my hubby to join me until he tried STS! Now, I can't get him to do anything else! That's how much he loves it! So happy your hubby decided to join you. It's fun and a lot more motivating to have a workout partner and you don't have to leave home! Let us know what you decide!
