10 inch step

Is this ok to do the Legs and Glutes. My aunt bought me the wrong Hi Step. This one only goes to 10 inches. Will it give the same type of results
 
I don't have a high step either but my club step is 10" with 3 risers under each side. I get a great workout with Legs and Glutes at this height, I tend to lunge deeper than Cathe and crew on leg presses to make up for it and find this a perfect modification without sacrificing intensity.

Do you have a regular step? The risers for that will fit the High Step so you can make it taller. (the High Step will go as high as you want it to, justy by adding more risers).

I also have done leg presses on 10" and, like Laurie, just dip down farther on the floor part of the move. Also make sure to push through the heels.
