Thank you to everyone who scored the new Hardcore workouts so that the user rankings (originally compiled by the lovely Sabine) could be updated.
I list below all of Cathes workouts categorized and ranked from easiest to hardest, using a scale of 1 to 10. This should be of benefit to anyone considering future purchases of Cathes workouts. Some notes on the rankings: The rankings were compiled by taking an average of everyones responses for each workout. These averages are based on the responses of approximately 25-30 users.
