Hi everyone,
Is there an IMAX 1? I saw a couple references to the 1st Imax or Imax 1. I did a search but can only find #2 and #3. Thanks

I just did Imax this morning. It is actually called Interval Max, not Imax. It is on the same DVD as Rhytmic Step.

There is an Interval Max on the same DVD as Rhythmic Step.

Imax and Interval Max are the same...plus,
Imax and Imax1 are the same! Ha! GREAT workout!!! Imax 2 is one of my very fav Cathe's!
