To those of you who answered my post "atten mindy mylera fans", I just wanted to let you know that I went ahead and ordered Interval Express and Express workouts.I just got both of them today and I just finished Interval Express. She kicked my butt!!!! Holy Cow, that one was a knock out.I actually felt a little sick at times.I didn't do the high low part though b/c my ankles are a little sore from doing to much of Imax 2.And I went for a run yesterday and my inner thighs are killing me so when she was doing all of those squats my legs were ON FIRE!!!!
I didn;t mind her chattiness tonight though.I guess b/c I already own one of her tapes I knew that she was going to be talking alot:) It's one thing to do that workout but can you imagine talking at the same time???? Maybe her and Cathe are from the same planet.;)
Thanks guys for some great advice....Im very pleased.I know the other one won't be as difficult, which is fine.I can use that for my light day which I probably should have done today:P

I got them thru cksales.I have only did one yet.I finally got to go for a run yesterday and it was SO nice:) I got out for a little while on Thursday but yesterday I went out and did my normal route and I felt like a million bucks.It was the first time I ran that way since october.(its raining here now)
I may try the other video tonight.The great thing with interval tapes is that there isn't alot to learn.So it is not to confusing.I don't know how much I will be staring at the t.v with the other one.I'm not the most co-ordinated girl in the world:P

Lori, Glad you liked her tapes! I do too and Interval Express is one of my favorites. I preordered her new one on her site. But right now I am so busy trying out all the new Cathe's I haven't had time to do it. Have fun! Karen :)

I'm glad you like them! Mindy tapes are great when you need a change. Her tapes are effective but not at all boring. You're always moving (and when you're not, you're loving the rest!). She also has innovative exercises that some magazines are just now showing.

A few months ago, I called to order my tapes since her site wasn't working. She answered the phone which was kind of bizarre! She lives in CA but instantly knew I was from PA because of my "accent."
