Q re: PUB

I have a question regarding PUB. I have a significant amount of weight to lose (am following a diet for the weight loss), and have started using PUB as my upper body workout. I was wondering, should I do this workout two or three times per week?

I need to edit to tell you that my goals for PUB are to lose the weight and get toned and defined.

I think two is plenty. Three will likely get really boring really quick, and I think studies have shown that there is not much difference in results when working a muscle three times as opposed to two times a week. Do more cardio and lower body. You'll have plenty to do! :)
 
Lower body and cardio are on the agenda too!! lol

Thanks for the advice.....think I will stick with two times a week.

With weight training, less is often more effective, IF you lift as heavy as you can during the time you are working out. Sufficient rest is important to build muscle and therefore increase your metabolism.
